Her Story
A career built on curiosity, craft, and genuine care.
Dr. Denise Daisy has spent more than two decades doing what most people only talk about — combining deep clinical expertise with a real commitment to the people in her care. She holds both a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a PhD, and her fellowship training in orthopedic manual therapy places her among a small group of clinicians with that level of hands-on specialization.
But credentials only tell part of the story. What sets Dr. Daisy apart is how she thinks about movement — not as a symptom to manage, but as a language the body uses to communicate. Her approach is precise, evidence-based, and deeply individualized. She doesn't treat diagnoses. She treats people.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Daisy has served as university faculty and a national continuing education instructor, training the next generation of physical therapists across the country. She has also volunteered on international medical missions, bringing rehabilitative care to communities with limited access to quality healthcare.
Today, through PhysioHealth, she brings that same level of expertise directly to her patients in Sandy Springs — one hour, one patient, one therapist. No shortcuts. No compromises.
Her Philosophy
What guides every session.
Movement is Medicine
Every treatment plan is built around restoring how your body moves — not just managing symptoms. When you move well, everything else follows.
You Deserve Undivided Attention
Concierge care means one patient, one therapist, one hour. No aides, no handoffs, no rushing. Just focused, expert care from start to finish.
Evidence Meets Intuition
Two decades of clinical practice and academic research inform every session. Dr. Daisy brings both the science and the hands-on skill to get you results.
Long-Term Thinking
The goal isn't just to get you out of pain — it's to keep you active, strong, and resilient for the decades ahead.
Beyond the Clinic
Teaching, serving, and giving back.
Educator
Dr. Daisy has served as university faculty and a national continuing education instructor, shaping how physical therapists across the country approach orthopedic care.
Global Missions
She has participated in international medical missions, delivering rehabilitative care to underserved communities and bringing her expertise where it's needed most.
Researcher
With a PhD alongside her clinical doctorate, Dr. Daisy bridges the gap between research and real-world practice — so every treatment is grounded in the best available evidence.
